Emotional Regulation Skill Building for the Classroom

The Power Skills Programs use evidence-based daily self-regulation and mental health response strategies tailored towards a student’s developmental level. One program is a daily curriculum for classroom use and the other focuses on mental health resources and strategies for social workers, counselors, teachers, and school staff.

The Power Skills include daily 5 minutes exercises in Deep Breathing, Mindfulness, Grounding, Movement-Based Strategies, Visualizations, and more.

Emotional Regulation Curriculum

The Power Skills Program is an 18 week curriculum that consists of daily 5 minute lessons or regulation skill practice. There are 3 different versions of the program based on a student’s age level.

3 different self regulation curricula for students:

-Pre K & Kindergarten

-Elementary (up to 5th Grade)

-Middle and Junior High (up to 8th Grade)

Mental Health Program

The Power Skills Mental Health Program consists of 3 separate units for school counselors, social workers, or teachers to use while addressing nonclinical mental health needs in students from Pre-K to 8th grade.

Specialized resources, strategies, and worksheets for school counselors.
